Official source: Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement
This app is licensed, not sold, to you. On Apple platforms, use of the app is subject to the Apple Standard EULA unless a custom end user license agreement is provided.
a. Scope of license
Apple or the application provider grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules. You may not redistribute, sublicense, make the app available over a shared network, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
b. Consent to use of data
The licensor may collect technical and related information about your device, software, and peripherals to provide updates, support, and related services. That information may be used in a form that does not personally identify you to improve products or services.
c. Termination
The license remains in effect until terminated by you or the licensor. Your rights under the EULA end automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
d. External services
The app may provide access to licensor or third-party services and websites. You use those services at your own risk. The licensor is not responsible for examining or evaluating third party services, their content, or their accuracy, and may change, suspend, or remove access at any time.
e. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and any related services are provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
f. Limitation of liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, the licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the licensor's total liability is capped at fifty U.S. dollars.
g. Export and legal compliance
You may not use, export, or re-export the app except as permitted by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction where the app was obtained. You also represent that you are not located in, or listed by, any prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction or party.
h. U.S. Government end users
The app and related documentation are provided as commercial computer software and commercial computer software documentation with only the rights granted under the EULA.
i. Governing law
Unless Apple's country-specific provisions apply, the agreement is governed by California law and disputes are handled in Santa Clara County, California. Residents of certain European countries may instead have the benefit of the laws and courts of their usual place of residence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
